James "Cecil" Gunn

Mr. James Cecil Gunn, born July 10th, 1954 was called home on Monday, November 26th, 2018.

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; Charles E. and Laura Earline Gunn.

Mr. Gunn is survived by his son; Daniel Gunn of Robstown, Texas, long time companion; Traci Pickard, two step-children; Jessica Waldrop (Steven) and Matthew Pickard (Elizabeth), four step- grandchildren; Allissa Waldrop, Jackson Waldrop, Madalynn Pickard, and Emily Pickard, one brother; Charles Gunn (Joanne), and one sister; Sue Scott as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Cecil will be remembered fondly by those that knew him for his caring and giving nature, a man who would gladly give someone the shirt off his back and always put the needs of others before himself as well as his love for hunting and fishing whenever he could.

Visitation for Mr. Gunn will be Friday, November 30th, 2018 from 1:00 until 1:45 at Walker Chapel Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 in Walker Chapel Cemetery.
