Our Heritage
Rooted in Fultondale for generations
Walker Chapel Cemetery was established in Fultondale more than a century ago. Our funeral home was built in 1994 to serve the families of Jefferson County, and in 2002 the Lawrence family purchased both the funeral home and the memorial gardens — which they proudly own and operate to this day.
Our grounds span five beautifully kept memorial gardens, including a Garden of Honor dedicated to the men and women of the Armed Services, and a granite mausoleum overlooking the landscape. It's our attention to detail and knowledge of local traditions that sets us apart.
