DeWayne B. Hubbert

DeWayne B. Hubbert, age 60 of Fultondale, passed away on Wednesday August 14, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Earline Hubbert and by a brother, Tim Hubbert.  He was a member of Fultondale First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Wendy Hubbert; son, Garren Hubbert (Sabrina); step-daughter, Ashley Guffey; grandchildren, Ava and Clay Hubbert; sister, Kim Powell (Jeff); brother, Darrell Hubbert; aunts, JoAnne Gann (Scott), and Faye Stewart (Mike); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday August 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Mika Marcum officiating.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.
