Lillma Adams

Lillma Lovada Yancey Adams, a resident of Tarrant, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017. She was born on May 13, 1930 in Marshall County, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ellis Adams, her brother, Tom Yancey, sister Ledora Morris, and grandchildren Brian and Emily. She is survived by sons, Roy Wendell Adams (Linda) and Dennis James Adams (Judy); grandchildren Mike Adams (Mandi), Chris Adams (Kathleen), Leah Downer (Lance), Mandy Layton (Chris) and Brandy Adams; sisters Clara Latham, Roberta White, Gertha Lynn, and Valeria Downs; brothers Beecher and Jim Yancey; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family requests in lieu of flowers send to Big Oak Ranch. The funeral service will be in the chapel at 2:00 on Wednesday at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with visitation two hours prior to service. Interment will follow in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
