Obituary
Virginia McIntosh, age 89 of Pinson, AL passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy McIntosh; son, Randall McIntosh; son-in-law, John Overstreet; and great great granddaughter, Lottie. Virginia is survived by one daughter, Denise Overstreet; four grandchildren, Randy McIntosh (Stacy), Hunter McIntosh (Misti), Andrew McIntosh (Cindi), and Andy Overstreet (Whitney); eleven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Shirley Daniel (Gene) and Peggy Kennedy; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. She was a simple lady and family oriented. She loved making quilts for her family. It was hard to buy gifts for her because material things were of no significance to her. It was her family and time with them that meant the most to her. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with a graveside to follow at 1:00 p.m. in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
