Suzanne Moore Salze

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Suzanne Moore Salze will be held Friday, October 14 at Walker Chapel Funeral Home in Fultondale, AL at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Mrs. Salze passed away on October 9, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. Mrs. Salze was born in Columbia, South Carolina and grew up in Homewood, AL. She and her husband, Pierre, have been residents of Panama City Beach, FL for the past several years.

From a young age, Suzanne had an awesome love for animals, particularly dogs. She was a passionate fan of Auburn University Athletics and spent many a Fall Saturday cheering on her Tigers. This passion for Auburn football was something she shared with Pierre and her beloved children Brian and Robin. Suzanne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Salze is preceded in death by her parents, William and Margurette Moore and her brother George Moore. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Floyd Robin “Pierre” Salze; son Brian Salze (April); daughter Robin Salze Williams (Jim); grandson Andrew Salze; and brother Bill Moore.
