Sandra Joy Walker

Sandra Joy Walker, age 87, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Hollis H. Walker; daughters-in-law, Karen Walker and Barbara Walker; her parents, Ed & Lina Bramlett; and sister, Barbara Ann Pickett.  

She is survived by her sons, Darrel Walker, Hollis Walker (Leann), and Randall Walker; grandchildren, Josh Walker, Christa Littrell, David Walker, Brandon Walker, Drew Walker, Katelyn Walker and Lindsey Walker; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Dunlap (Phillip) and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love, selfless service, devotion to family, and faith in the Lord.  All of her children walk in the truth of Jesus Christ.  She attended Lee’s Chapel Baptist Church. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Pschirer officiating.  Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
