Rebecca Roper Adams

Rebecca Roper Adams passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at age 72.  She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Larry Adams; one son, Junior Adams; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Johnny Roper and Charles Roper; and nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, John T. & Pauline Roper and daughter, Lorri Anne Adams.  Rebecca was affectionately known as “Nana” to her grandchildren and all their friends as well as the employees of the Fultondale Fire Department.  She will be missed greatly.  Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with a graveside to follow at 2:00 p.m. in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
