Patricia Hobson McCoy

Patricia McCoy went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at age 78.  She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ottis McCoy; three children, William Leonard (Lori), Kristy Leonard Skirvin, and Dana McCoy (Susan); five grandchildren, Zachary Leonard (Courtney), Trent Leonard, Vicki Nesbitt, Lindsey Davis (Hunter), and Justin McCoy; four great grandchildren, Bella Leonard, Emma Leonard, Chloe Nesbitt and Rayna Davis; one brother, Larry Hobson; and a host of other extended family.  Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lee and Violet Cox Hobson and one brother, Tom Hobson.  She was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church and she retired from Colonial Bank after many years of service.  Visitation will be held at Walker Chapel Funeral Home from 11:30 until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021 with a graveside to follow in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
