Michael Dywane Hallmark, Jr.

Michael “Bubba” Hallmark passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023 at age 36.  He is survived by one sister, Melinda Hallmark; two nieces, Candice and Emma; two nephews, Johnny and Nathan; one grandmother, Joan Horsley; two uncles, Gary Horsley (Jamie) and Steve Horsley; and many cousins and other family members and friends.  Bubba was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Tammy Hallmark and his sister, Melissa Woods.  He was employed with Fultondale Gas for 20 years and his coworkers became family to him.  He has left a lasting impression on many people and will be missed everyday.  Visitation will be Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will be in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
