Martha Diane Marlow

Diane Marlow went to be with the Lord and was reunited with her husband, Mike on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at age 72.  She is survived by one son, Scott Marlow; one grandson, Chapman Marlow; one brother, Jim Powrzanas (Nancy); four sisters, Pat Lawrence (Cecil), Margaret Little (David), Louise Brown (Mark), and Teresa Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.  Diane was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Mike Marlow and her parents, Jimmy Powrzanas and Evelyn Patrick.  She faithfully attended Christway Church of God.  She worked at Birmingham Baptist Temple Christian School and Grayson Valley Christian Academy for two decades where she invested in the lives of countless children.   She loved to sing and was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
