Lindsey Henry Williams

Lindsey Williams passed away on June 17, 2024 at age 64.  He is survived by his wife, Janice Williams; four children, Curtis Williams (Lindsay), Joshua Williams (Tara), Kristina Osgood and Dennis Phillips; one stepdaughter, Rachel Thomas; 11 grandchildren; one great grandson; one brother, Michael Williams (Cynthia); two sisters, Pamela Lee (Denton) and Cecilia Lambert; and many nieces, nephew, and other extended family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Curt and Betty Williams; stepmother, LaFaun Williams; two brothers, Rick Williams and Thomas Williams; and one sister, Patricia Williams.   Lindsey proudly served his country in the U S Air Force in Security Forces.  He served with Leeds Police Department before retiring from Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department after 30 years of service.  The family will receive friends on June 20, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow in the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
