Kelton Dennis went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 3, 2025 at age 83. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Rosemary Dennis; three children, Jeff Dennis (Aja), Angela Day and Amanda Ryan (Kenny); nine grandchildren, Jessica Day, Kayla Coleman (Chris), Josh Day (Katie), Luke Ryan, Max Ryan (Yulisa), Andy Ryan (Kelsey), Katelynn Garcia, Jaelynn Garcia and Keith Garcia; nine great grandchildren, Jessalyn, Drake, Eli, Evelyn, Jace, Jax, Elara, Nolan, and Banks; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Kelton was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Dennis. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a longtime member of Black Creek Baptist Church. He retired from National Can/Rexam after many years of service. Kelton enjoyed fishing at General Lee Campground where he met many friends through the years. He loved the Lord, fishing, Alabama football and ice cream sundaes in that order. He will be missed so much by his family. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Hopewell Community Cemetery in Hanceville.
