Karen Elaine (Lindsey) Calvert

Karen Lindsey Calvert passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at age 60.  She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Dan Calvert; her parents, Ed and Donna Lindsey; one brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Kay Lindsey; one nephew and his wife, Josh and Jenny Lindsey; and other extended family and friends.  After graduating from Gardendale High School, Karen went to work for what would become PNC Bank and continued to work for them for about 40 years.  She has sang in church choirs over the years and was a member of the group Pure Joy.  She will be missed immensely by her family.  Visitation will be Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro.
