Joyce Elaine Barron

Joyce Elaine Barron was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. She was a member of Gardendale-Mt Vernon United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Edward Barron.  She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Wagner (Dennis) and Cheryl Roberson (Kevin);  grandchildren,  Shellie Umfress, Katie Wagner, Justin Wagner, Brittney Kendall, and Brandon Roberson; great-grandchildren, Jackson Umfress, Kalaya Umfress, James Kendall, Jacob Kendall, William Kendall, Ruby Kendall, Harper Kendall, Nathaniel Kendall, Aiden Kendall, and Cayson Kendall; sister, Linda Duke (George P.); and a host of other family members and friends. She enjoyed going on road trips and spending time with family and friends.  She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be missed by many. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Bethel Cemetery in Trafford, Alabama.
