Jerry Dean Armstrong

Jerry Dean Armstrong went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at age 78.  He is survived by his wife, Myra Armstrong; several stepchildren; a host of grandchildren; two brothers, Jack Armstrong (Peggy) and Buddy Armstrong; and other extended family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Armstrong; his parents, Travis and Dollie Armstrong; and seven siblings.  Jerry proudly served his country in Vietnam in the U.S. Army.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Daryle Nichols officiating.  Pall Bearers will be grandsons and great grandsons: Rusty Wilson, Richard Adams, Justin Martin, Bruce Wayne Grace, Jerry Grace, Brian Wilson, and Lucas Wilson.  Burial will be at Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
