Jerrie White Moore

Jerrie White Moore, age 78, of Mt. Olive AL passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. Jerrie was a native of Birmingham and a graduate of Woodlawn High School. Jerrie was a believer in Jesus Christ and a member of Mt. Olive First Baptist. Jerrie was preceded in death by her parents, AJ and Mary White and sister Charlotte Johnson (James).   She is survived by her husband of 58 years Brother Doug Moore, Sr and children, June Liston (Joey), Dougie Moore, Jr (Marie) and Sherrie Roe (Brad).  She is the grandmother of Brooke Mims (Wes), Joseph Liston (Christina), Douglas Moore, Danilyn Moore, Caleb Roe, Joshua Roe, and Sarah Roe and great- grandmother of Katelyn Mims, Emilee Mims, Benjamin Mims, Heather Mims and John Liston.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Jerrie loved and adored her family and will be missed greatly by them.  Visitation will be Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive First Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 4:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
