Ezell Nail Scott

Ezell Nail Scott, age 91 of Cullman, passed away on Monday June 22, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Scott; daughter, Janice Jeanettea Scott; parents, Rufus and Tilda Mae Nail; brother, C.D. Nail and by a sister, Evelene Wilson.  She attended Mulga Baptist Church.  She was a homemaker who loved to garden.

She is survived by her son, James Bennis Scott (Brenda); grandchildren, Kevin Scott (Stacy), Kendall Scott (Nancy), and Kimberly Utley (Michael); great-grandchildren, Sonya Smith (Chris), Blake Reed (Emily), Claudia Utley, Dalton Hudson, Kyle Scott, and Kaitlyn Hudson; great-great-grandchildren, Cameron Oneal, Bailey Smith, and Lucas Reed.  Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday June 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Crantford Hicks officiating.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.  She will be laid to rest at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hanceville.  Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.
