David Noel Stidham Sr.

David Noel Stidham Sr., 83, of Irondale, Alabama passed away June 30, 2024. Mr. Stidham retired from the Birmingham Fire Department Woodlawn Station. He enjoyed antiquing and restoring classic Mustangs. David had a wonderful sense of humor, he dearly loved his cats and spending time fishing. He never met a stranger, befriending everyone he met.

He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Stidham, his daughter Deana Ellard and son Daniel Stidham.

He is survived by his wife of almost 24 years, Connie Stidham, son David Stidham Jr (Debbie Stidham) of Gulf Shores, daughter Rachel Williams (Scott Williams) of Locust Fork and grandchildren Katie Stidham (Boston Sherrier), Stephen Stidham (Emily Stidham), Will Stidham, Barry Ellard, Mandy Ellard, Emily Ellard, Daniel Stidham Jr., Kayla Wunderlich, Zak Stidham, and a number of Great grandchildren.

 The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home in Fultondale, AL, with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 p.m.
