Clara Vivian Vines

Clara Vines passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at age 88.  She is survived by her cousins, Shirley and her husband, Byron Hardie and their children Nickalas, Angel, Robert and Adrian who affectionately knew her as their “Mawmaw”.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Alf and Linda Vines.  Clara retired from Lloyd Nolan Hospital after many years of service in medical records.  She was a member of Pineview Baptist Church.  She will be missed by her family.  A visitation will be Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home.  A graveside will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in the Alliance Community of Bessemer.  The family would like to extend special thanks to Shirley Love and Brian & Susan Gulley for the loving care they provided for Clara in her final years.
