Charles Sanford Lambert

Charles Sanford Lambert went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 22, 2023.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force.  He worked many years in the heating and cooling industry.  He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Lambert and one son, Carl Duane Lambert.  He is survived by one son, David Lambert and daughter-in-law, Henrietta “Tinker” Lambert; granddaughter, Ashley Johnson (Antonio); grandson, Bradley Whisenant; great granddaughter, McKinley Johnson; one brother, Danny Lambert (Cathy); one sister-in-law, Faye Lambert; special friends, Tifanie Parker (Nic Parker), Leon Bowen and Jeff Hagler; and other extended family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday, December 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Zane Smith officiating. Burial to follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
