Cecil Edward Tucker

Cecil Tucker, age 91 of Fultondale, passed away on Monday January 27, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Tucker and by his son, Lamar Tucker.  He retired from U.S. Steel after many years of service. 

He is survived by his son, Kirby Tucker (Linda); stepson, Ken Crawford (Hollie Samples); sister, Bonnie; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Nichols officiating.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.
