Carla McCreless Collar

Carla McCreless Collar passed away suddenly on January 10, 2022 at age 64.  Very sadly she leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Tony Terrell (Brandy) and Michael Jay Collar; mother, Lorene McCreless; brother, Cliff McCreless (Shawn); three sisters, Terry Green, Jennie Lee (Steve), and Lori Collar (Joe Christie); and three grandchildren, Kain, Alexis and Kai Terrell.  She also had many nieces, nephews and lots of other family and friends.  Carla was a 1975 graduate of Fultondale High School and went on to work numerous jobs.  She was very devoted to her work.  She helped many people care for their loved ones.  She was a good mother and was very good hearted.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Collar and her beloved father, J.B. McCreless.  She will always live in our hearts and we will miss her so much.  Visitation will be Friday, January 14, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
