Bertha Ilene Watts

Bertha Ilene Watts (91) was born on November 22, 1932 and passed January 6, 2024. She was the daughter of Sim and Gracie Alexander. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, I.D. Watts. She is survived by three children, Wanda Otts (Roger), Janice Catoe (Ron) and Bobby Watts (Laurie). She was blessed with six grandchildren, Carla McGann (Mack), Misti Rasmusen (Jon), Kris Catoe (Laura), Mike Catoe (RAyden), Alyssa Watts, Shiree Watts and ten great grandchildren.  She is also survived by four siblings, Virgina Beasley (Jimmie), Jerry Alexander (Peggy), Gurvis Elkins (Don), and Gladys Black; special friends, Horace Callaway and Sally Mollel; and a host of other extended family and friends. 

Visitation will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Chapel Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
