Barbara Jane Scott

Barbara Jane Scott, age 90, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Barbara was a loving mother and a devoted wife. She was a huge Auburn football fan. She was a very selfless women and always put her family before herself. Barbara was a devout Christian and had a close relationship with the Lord. Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Joe; her parents August and Rosie; and her son, Kerry. She is survived by 3 children, Connie (Jerry), Robin (Luann), and Barbara (Greg); 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.  A visitation will be held at Walker Chapel Funeral Home on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with her son, Rev. Robin Scott officiating.  Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.   Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.
