Obituary
Annie Vaughn, affectionately known as Nanny, passed away on May 24, 2022 at age 99. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Limon (Steven) and Barbara Steinbeck (Gary); 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Lecause. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Vaughn; one son, Alan Vaughn; one daughter, Bonnie Goodwin; and 12 siblings. She retired after 25 years of service with Rockwell International where she worked as an engineer tech for Apollo spacecraft and space shuttles. After retiring she enjoyed traveling. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed. The funeral service will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Walker Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with a graveside to follow in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
