Anna Ruth Arnold

Anna Ruth Arnold, age 92 of Talladega and formally of Fultondale, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James Arnold and her parents, John and Mary Jackson.  She worked for many years as a cosmetologist and a substitute teacher in the Gardendale and Fultondale area.  Anna Ruth is survived by her sons, Phillip Arnold (Yolanda), Mark Arnold, John Arnold, and Paul Arnold; grandchildren, Holley Berendt (Adam) and Heather Autry (Trey); six great-grandchildren, Carter, Peyton, Grayson, Chloe, Noah, and Savannah; brother, W.D. Jackson; and other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.   Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.  www.walkerchapelfuneralservices.com.
