Allen Belrose passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at age 79. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Joan Belrose; four children, David Belrose (Angela), Bobby Belrose, Jon Belrose and Teresa Watson (Michael); five grandchildren, Michael Belrose, Lt. William Watson, Meredith Watson, Riley Belrose, and Caroline Belrose; one brother, Maurice Belrose (Kaye); two sisters-in-law, Janice Noble and Peggy Whitaker; and other extended family and friends. Allen is preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Charles Belrose and brother, Roland Belrose. He retired from ACIPCO after 38 years of service. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Gardendale. He was Treasurer and long-time member of Knights of Columbus Council 10354. He was also the Faithful Navigator of Assembly 2849. The family will receive friends at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
