Agnes Sue Drury

Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Sue Drury, age 81, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Hilyer officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the time of the service.

Mrs. Drury passed away Friday, December 12, 2025.

Survivors include brothers, John Vincent (Suzanne) and Horace Vincent (Ramona); sister, Martha Kiley Hardin; grandchildren, Dustin Greenway (Danielle) and Morgan Greenway (Taylor Adams), along with several great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John T. “Jack” Drury; parents, Albert and Susie Vincent; son, John Thomas Drury, Jr., daughter, Aleata Jean Greenway; and granddaughter, Somer Greenway.

Mrs. Drury was a member of Walkers Chapel Baptist Church. She was a hard worker who retired from employee screening services for the credit bureaus after many years of service. She enjoyed working in her yard, traveling, and devoted her life to caring for others. Most of all, she deeply loved her children and grandchildren, whom she lived for. She will be deeply missed.
