John Thomas Drury

Mr. John Thomas Drury age 75 of Fultondale, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He loved his family, fishing and karaoke, in which he had developed quite an impressive following. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Drury; mother, Bernice Early; son, Tommy Drury and daughter, Aleata Jean Greenway. Survivors include his wife, Sue Drury; grandson, Dustin Greenway; granddaughter, Somer Greenway; 6 great-grandchildren, Devon, Dakota, Makayla, McKeena Morgan Greenway, Kayden Stephens and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens.
