Charles Edward Hooper

Charles Edward Hooper, age 67, of Fultondale, AL  passed away on October 1, 2017 at his residence.  Mr. Hooper was an avid Alabama fan, loved hiking, camping, storytelling and anything to do with the outdoors.  He played semi-pro softball for Budweiser and Coor's.  Prior to retiring from Roger Burton Law Firm he worked for A and A Ambulance.  He was a fun-loving good guy and a wonderful dad.  Mr. Hooper was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Denton Hooper and Louise Hillhouse Hooper, son, Ryan Hooper and his brother, Robert Denton Hooper.  He is suvived by his daughter's, Amy Cardenas and Jennifer Becerra; six grandchildren, Allison Cardenas, Laura Cardenas, Ashton Cardenas, Noa Becerra, Ricardo Becerra and Georgette Becerra, and brother, Michael Ray Hooper.  No public services will be held.  The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
