Cheryl Jones, age 70 of Morris, passed away on Thursday, February, 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Tommy" Jones.
She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Smith (Steve), and Traci Freeman (Andrew); grandchildren, Courtney Parsons (Adam), Corey Parsons (Danie), Taylor Smith, Bailey Bittle, and Michael Freeman; great-grandchildren, Tessa and Tate Parsons; sister, Linda Booth; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Walker Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 205-849-5000, Fultondale.
